Willow Springs became part of Hyatt Family Facilities in 2006. With 39 private rooms (more than nearly every nursing home in the state), and very large semi-private rooms, we strive to provide comfortable accommodations while you rehabilitate in our state-of-the-art facility. We have 2 spacious courtyards, a large rehab gym, and an elegant dining hall. Most importantly, we provide round-the-clock nursing care for our short and long-term residents.

All our rooms are Medicare and Medicaid certified and we are contracted with the Veteran's Administration.

What to Expect

Upon admit, our Admissions Coordinator will sit down with you and your family to explain procedures, paperwork, and expectations. Often, a resident or their family will take a tour of the facility prior to admission to prepare, and we invite you to do so. When you arrive, your nurses will take over your care and assess your needs. Your therapists will evaluate you and create a rehabilitation plan and routine to get you to your optimal level of strength and function. We look forward to meeting you!
